Lead implementing partners of NRC’s capacity building tracks (Science and Technology (S&T) and Leadership & Governance (L&G)) provide technical advice on program design and head training, mentoring and coaching for LGU and academic partners. The Coastal Cities at Risk in the Philippines: Investing in Climate and Disaster Resilience (CCARPH) project is a transdisciplinary action research project of the Ateneo de Manila University and the Manila Observatory, funded by the International Development Research Centre and done in partnership with the National Resilience Council.
CCARPH provides technical advice for and support to NRC programs and policy advocacies. It specifically focuses on NRC partners—such as the Cities of Naga, Iloilo and Valenzuela—that also serve as CCARPH project areas.”
