The National Resilience Council Foundation (NRF) proudly launches its 2025 Annual Report, entitled “From Surviving to Thriving,” highlighting the Foundation’s milestones, achievements, and transformative initiatives in advancing resilience across the Philippines and beyond.

The report showcases the resilience journeys and success stories of NRF’s partner Local Government Units (LGUs) and Provincial Government Units (PGUs), demonstrating how collaboration, innovation, and collective action continue to strengthen communities in the face of growing risks and challenges.

Through its programs and partnerships, NRF has continued to champion resilience-building efforts by bringing together communities, government institutions, the private sector, civil society organizations, and experts in science and technology. The Annual Report captures these engagements on both local and international platforms, emphasizing the importance of inclusive and science-driven approaches in creating sustainable and disaster-resilient communities.

“From Surviving to Thriving” also highlights the Foundation’s institutional achievements and strategic initiatives that reinforce its commitment to strengthening governance, building partnerships, and cultivating a culture of resilience throughout the country.
