On September 8, 2026, K-COOP members of J. Nakpil 1, Brgy. 176-C, Bagong Silang, Caloocan City, came together for a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) led by the National Resilience Council (NRC), Peace and Equity Foundation (PEF), and K-COOP.

The discussion provided a space for members to share their experiences with hazards such as floods and fires, the impacts on their families and livelihoods, and the lessons they gained from these experiences.

Through meaningful conversations and shared experiences, the FGD highlighted the importance of risk awareness, disaster preparedness, and collective action in building safer and more resilient communities.

Thank you to the K-COOP members, managers, and community partners for their active participation and support!
