AAC RESILIENCE STORIES

The AAC Resilience Stories highlight each LGU’s progress, demonstrating how NRC and the AAC Program have supported local efforts in building adaptive and resilient communities. NRF 2025 ANNUAL REPORT

The National Resilience Council Foundation, Inc (NRF) proudly launches its 2025 Annual Report, entitled “From Surviving to Thriving,” highlighting the Foundation’s milestones, achievements, and transformative initiatives in advancing resilience across the Philippines and beyond. “From Surviving to Thriving” highlights the Foundation’s institutional achievements and strategic initiatives that reinforce its commitment to strengthening governance, building partnerships, and cultivating a culture of resilience throughout the country. The report reflects NRF’s continuing vision of empowering leaders and communities to move beyond survival and toward long-term resilience and sustainable development. [READ]

2025 ADOPT-A-CITY COLLOQUIUM: Visual Notes

Led by the NRC, together with its partner LGUs, the private sector, and academe under the Adopt-A-City (AAC) Program, the Colloquium brought together ten cities across different phases of resilience building. The Colloquium served as a dynamic platform for LGUs to share the progress and positive transformations achieved through the AAC Program. Testimonies from mayors and focal persons highlighted how collaboration, strong partnerships, and a whole-of-society approach can drive meaningful and lasting change. Through the collective efforts of local governments, the private sector, and the academe, we are reminded that resilience is not built alone—it is built together for stronger communities and a better future.
