The National Resilience Council Foundation (NRF), in partnership with the City of Iloilo and Central Philippine University (CPU), proudly formalized a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen infrastructure resilience.
This collaboration will drive programs in research, training and capacity building, policy support, community engagement, and technology-driven solutions such as GIS and climate modeling. Through this partnership, CPU will provide faculty coaching, training, and monitoring, while NRF will guide initiatives on disaster preparedness and resilient governance—empowering not just barangays but every household to be an active part of inclusive resilience planning.
This MOU marks the first of many partnerships across sectors aimed at building stronger, more resilient communities.
