Filipina Resilience Champion on the Global Stage! 

Ms. Nida Collado, a distinguished recipient of the Philippine Resilience Awards for Women, delivered impactful insights at the side event, ‘Gender-Just Climate Policy and Finance: From Barriers to Actionable Solutions’, organized by NTFP – EP Asia, Global Alliance for Green and Gender Action (GAGGA), Alliance of Socio-Environmental Funds from the Global South and the Green Livelihoods Alliance, during the 28th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. Her contributions are shaping critical conversations on climate action and gender equity on the grassroots and community level. 

The Philippine Resilience Awards is a pioneering awards program that honors and promotes the resilience-building excellence of local leaders in the country. In October 2023, ten outstanding women leaders across the country were recognized.
