    Last October 16, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), through the Office of Civil Defense and the Presidential Management Staff, held a Simulation Exercise for Cabinet Secretaries and other Executives. NRC–represented by its president, Ms. Antonia Yulo Loyzaga–was invited as a key evaluator.
